    Context and objectives of our client

    An internationally renowned interior designer, our client wanted to evolve her positioning and reach a clientele composed of celebrities and personalities from the world of entertainment.

    The objective was clear: to establish his work with an ultra-premium audience, capable of entrusting him with renovation and development projects for high-end residences.

    This project was part of an exceptional context: the development of a penthouse within the Steinway Tower, on Billionaire Row in New York.

    Design a comprehensive activation, combining press relations, influencer marketing and celebrity endorsement, conceived as a cultural and media event in its own right.

    Maison Bold Agency has devised a tailor-made system based on a simple principle: bringing together an iconic location, a creative vision and influential figures capable of amplifying the narrative.

    We have thus orchestrated:

    • the casting and activation of several personalities ,
    • the targeted activation of an international celebrity , Ed Westwick, whose attachment to New York and cultural legacy linked to the series Gossip Girl naturally resonated with the universe of the project.

    The whole thing was designed to create a rare moment, at the crossroads of architecture, culture and entertainment.
